Terms and Conditions
- Autostrong Ltd (whose registered office is at Norman Road, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 4ES) are members of the Manchester Airport Car Park Association, and in the unlikely event that any dispute should arise which cannot be resolved by Autostrong and it's client, after exhausting the complaints procedure posted in the office, the Association will act in a conciliation procedure.
- The Company does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle unless happening whilst in our custody and no liability is accepted for consequential loss.
- No liability is accepted for loose items or articles not otherwise permanently affixed to the vehicle and no liability is accepted for mechanical or electrical defects, as these can arise at any time.
- The Company has a lien for all charges due and the vehicle can only be released on production of the vehicle receipt and payment of the appropriate sum.
- Any loss or damage alleged to have occurred whilst the vehicle is in our custody must be notified to us at the time of collection.
- Autostrong cannot accept liability in any circumstances where performance of the contract is prevented by reason of war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions etc.
- All cancellations must be in writing. No refunds or cancellations within 14 days of departure. All refunds minus £5 per week administration fee.
